The Audrey at Belltown, Seattle (remodel)
Robin Chell Design was hired to update the lobby, reception and major onsite amenities in this mid-rise apartment community. A playful palette was incorporated and designed to reflect the proximity of the new Olympic Sculpture Park, located just across the street. The scope included the remodel of the business center, swimming pool, fitness center, lounge and leasing area. Maintaining a strict and modest budget, RCD worked within the client's desire to preserve many existing finishes while maximizing visual impact of the remodel.
