These modern townhomes were inspired by Northwest ski lodges, resulting in a unique “industrial meets craftsman” aesthetic. RCD was hired to provide the exterior color palette and materials, as well as the interior finishes. Pitched roofs provide soaring interior spaces with lots of light, while expansive windows and balconies offer stunning views of the Olympics and downtown Seattle. The use of warm woods and glass tile reinforce the northwest themes of wood and water. Quartz countertops and tile inspired by natural stone were also used. With generous kitchens and luxurious master baths, these townhomes maintain the feel and amenities more typically found in luxury single family homes.
