Harbor Steps, Seattle (remodel)
RCD was hired to update and remodel major common area amenities at Harbor Steps, the largest residential complex in downtown Seattle. Though limited in budget, the scope included an updated and vibrant color palette for the swimming pool, resident movie theater, lounges and public corridors.
