Legacy at Riverpark, Redmond
Robin Chell Design provided full interior design services for this 319-unit mid-rise apartment community, the central component of a Master-Planned, $200 Million mixed-use project. The interiors were designed to bring 21st Century design to Redmond- Seattle's high-tech eastside suburb. Elegant and modern finishes were designed to elevate apartment living, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A striking, three-story customized and illuminated "Lumicor" wall is featured in the grand lobby. A combination of vibrant and whimsical finishes adorn the community's abundant amenities, which include a spa, fitness center, entertainment lounge and club rooms.
RCD was also retained to design the leasing and marketing center as well as the model units.
