Phebe O'Neill joined RCD in 2006, bringing with her almost 15 years of experience in architecture and interior design. She has worked on a variety of projects, including single-family, multi-family, and commercial. Detail-oriented project management is one of Phebe's strong suits; she was a project management and design consultant on a number of public-sector housing projects. With her strong architectural background, Phebe excels at working closely with architects and other design trades. Phebe received her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
