Verve is a 170-unit high-rise apartment tower located at 4th and Denny in downtown Seattle, where Belltown meets the Seattle Center.

The building interiors were inspired by the vibrancy of the nearby Seattle Center. Cost-effective solutions such as colorful painted common areas, porcelain tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring were incorporated throughout the project.

The units feature playfully modern touches such as open metal shelving and pale blue accent walls in the kitchens. Exposed concrete ceilings compliment the warm gray-toned vinyl plank flooring.

The rooftop level features a skylounge with spectacular views, as well as a unique, separated greenhouse that functions as a private dining and party room.
