The Commons at Ballard is an 85-unit mixed-use project, which includes ground floor retail and office space. The building is targeting LEED Platinum , and would be the first such building in Ballard.
This boutique-scale project features luxury, condo-quality finishes, including Bosch appliances, gas ranges and air conditioning in all units. Kitchens include glass backsplashes, pendants and large islands. Bathrooms feature illuminated mirrors, custom vanities and fully tiled tub/shower surrounds are featured in the bathrooms. The units also feature extensive built-ins, from wall cabinets to walk-in closets and pantries.
The building features a multi-purpose skylounge amenity, which includes a media room, a gaming area and a large kitchen/bar with liquor storage lockers and banquette seating. An indoor/outdoor fireplace visually connects a cozy indoor lounge area with the expansive rooftop deck, which has views of the Ballard Locks and the Olympic Mountains.
