A modern remodel and expansion of a classic 1920's "Norman"-style home, this project was a three-story addition which included adding a new bathroom and expanding the master suite. A new gas fireplace, larger windows and French doors were included in the new addition, which was designed to sensitively and harmoniously blend the historic with the new.
The use of clean lines and warm textiles was contrasted with honest, industrial materials including concrete, stainless-steel hardware, wood and limestone floors, giving this home a unique and timeless appeal.
