Modera Capitol Hill is a 135-unit mid-rise located on the Pike-Pine Corridor, in the heart of Seattle's vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood.
The interiors were inspired by the historic industrial warehouses found throughout the neighborhood, known as Seattle's original "Auto Row." The use of exposed concrete, raw and natural woods and pops of color and graphics accentuate a vibe that is authentic, fresh and hip.
The clubroom and lounge serves as the living room for the building, with spaces designed for co-working, game playing and entertaining. Enclosed courtyards in the ground level allow for indoor/outdoor amenities, including an outdoor media center, and an outdoor fitness and stretching area and an outdoor lounge.
