One Lakefront was designed as the ultimate in modern lakeside luxury. The 326-unit apartment complex, developed by Holland Partners includes two mid-rise buildings that feature stunning views of Lake Union. The ground floor of the building features a multitude of amenities, including a concierge, conference room, fireside pavilion lounge, fitness and wellness center, and a bike and kayak storage center. The building also features two expansive outdoor terraces, complete with private cabanas, hammocks and outdoor kitchens.
The heart of the project is the two-level Skylounge, which includes a nautically inspired modern dining room and exhibition kitchen. Adjacent to the Skylounge is "The Boardroom" -the ultimate sports lounge featuring a pool table and a spectacular bar with backlit onyx countertop and liquor lockers.
