Spire is a 42-story, 350-unit luxury condominium tower in downtown Seattle offering three full floors of amenities, including a spectacular sky lounge.
Inspired by the luxury condominium towers of Vancouver, BC, Spire features luxurious finishes such as stone backsplashes, Miele appliances and custom Italian kitchen systems.
RCD provided full interior design services, including space planning, finish selections, FF&E design, procurement and art selection.
