RCD is thrilled to announce that the Odin Apartments won Multifamily Project of the Year at the NAIOP Night of the Stars ceremony. NAIOP Washington State Chapter’s annual event is dedicated to recognizing exceptional individuals and projects in real estate development. Odin was chosen from ten finalists, which were selected from a field that included dozens of projects.
“This was a very special project for us,” says Robin Chell, Principal of Robin Chell Design. “We really appreciated the collaborative spirit of project team, and the vision that ultimately guided the overall design. From decorative lighting to the playful color palette, modern Nordic elements were incorporated to help tell a story that is unique to this neighborhood.”
The project was developed by Equity Residential (EQR) and designed by Runberg Architects. The unique 305-unit mid-rise, located in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, drew inspiration from the neighborhood’s strong Scandinavian heritage.
